Concierge telehealth

See your doctor without the drive.

Plenty of medical care does not need an exam table. For members, many follow-ups, lab reviews and medication questions can happen by video with Dr. Shtern.

What works well by video

Reviewing lab results, adjusting blood pressure medicine based on your home readings, checking how a new prescription is going, and many simple sick visits are all well suited to a video call. Dr. Shtern will tell you when an in-person exam is the better choice, and with same or next-business-day appointments, that is rarely a long wait.

Traveling or out of state

Telemedicine rules depend on where you are when the visit happens, and physicians generally need a license in that state. If you spend part of the year outside Florida, ask the office how Dr. Shtern can help while you are away, and how she coordinates with doctors where you are.
