There is no pressure to decide in the room. If you join, the office requests your records and books your first patient visit.
What the meet and greet is
A chance for you and Dr. Shtern to see whether the practice is right for you. You talk about what you want from a doctor, how your care is going now, and how membership works day to day. Dr. Shtern explains how she practices, how members reach her, and what the concierge fee includes.

What to bring
Nothing. The meet and greet is simply a chance to see the office, meet Dr. Shtern, and decide whether the practice feels like the right fit. There is no paperwork and nothing to prepare. If you have questions, bring them along, and bring a family member if you like.
Coming with a parent or partner
Families are welcome. Adult children often come along when they are arranging care for a parent, and couples often meet Dr. Shtern together. With the patient’s written permission, she can keep family members updated later on.

Yes. It is complimentary.

Can I ask about the concierge fee?
Please do. The fee is not posted online, and Dr. Shtern and the office would rather explain it in person, with what it covers.
Can my family member come?
Yes. Spouses and adult children are welcome.
