How things work here

Your first visit
Every membership starts with a complimentary meet and greet with Dr. Shtern. Bring your questions, a list of your medicines and doctors, and your insurance card.
About the meet and greet
Booking a visit
Members are seen the same or next business day when something comes up. Office hours are Monday to Thursday 9 to 5 and Friday 9 to 2.

After hours
Members can reach the practice by phone 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays. In an emergency, call 911 first.

Labs and tests
Blood draws, ECGs, stool occult blood tests and rapid flu, COVID-19 and strep tests are done in the office.

Blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, kidney and thyroid care, with one doctor managing every prescription.

Dr. Shtern chooses and contacts specialists and is affiliated with Jupiter Medical Center and Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center.

Records and the portal
With your permission the office requests your records from your previous doctor. Ask the office for patient portal access when you join.

Insurance
Office visits, labs and covered tests are billed to your insurance, including Medicare. The concierge fee is separate.

Many follow-ups and results reviews can be done by video when coming in is not practical.
