Executive annual physicals
A physical with the time to mean something.
Every member gets an annual executive physical: an extended exam with labs and an ECG done in the office, and a follow-up conversation about what the results mean for you.

What the annual executive physical covers
The physical starts with a conversation: your history, your family’s history, your medicines and supplements, sleep, exercise, and anything that has changed. Then a full examination, an ECG, and blood work drawn in the office.
When results are back, you and Dr. Shtern go through them together. You leave with a plan for the year: which screenings are due, what to watch, and what to change.
An executive-style exam, without the hospital day
Executive physical programs often run a full day at a hospital campus with a team you will not see again. The annual executive physical here covers the core of that work with your own physician, and Dr. Shtern adds imaging or specialist testing when your history or results call for it, rather than by default.

Screenings and vaccines
Dr. Shtern keeps track of what is due and when: colon cancer screening, mammograms, cervical screening, bone density, lung cancer screening for people with a smoking history, and adult vaccines. She arranges the ones done elsewhere and follows up on the results.
FAQ
Physical exam questions
What is included in an executive physical?
It varies by program. Most include an extended history and exam, thorough blood work, an ECG, and age-appropriate screenings. The annual executive physical here includes all of these, with further testing ordered when it is warranted.
Is the annual physical covered by insurance?
Many plans cover a yearly preventive exam and standard screening labs. Coverage varies, so ask the office how your plan applies. The concierge fee itself is separate from insurance.
Do I need to fast before my physical?
Often, yes, for certain blood tests. The office will tell you when you book.
