An annual concierge fee covers access to Dr. Shtern. Office visits and tests are billed to your insurance, as they are now.

When something comes up, you are seen that day or the next business day, not in three weeks.

Members can reach the practice by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Extended visits
Appointments are long enough to cover everything on your list, with minimal time in the waiting room.
The annual executive physical
A thorough yearly exam with lab work and an ECG, then time to go through the results together.
Lab draws in the office
Blood is drawn here, so there is no separate trip to a lab. Stool occult blood testing too.
ECGs in the office
Electrocardiograms done during your visit, without a separate appointment elsewhere.
Your insurance still works here. The concierge fee covers access and the extra time. Office visits, labs and tests are billed to your insurance the way they are today.

How much is the concierge fee?
The fee is not posted online yet. Call the office at (561) 834-9280 and we will go through it, or ask at your meet and greet. Office visits and tests are still billed to your insurance.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, for visits and tests. Medicare, Aetna, Cigna and BlueCross BlueShield are among the plans the practice works with. The concierge fee itself is separate and is not billed to insurance. How the fee and insurance fit together.
Can I meet Dr. Shtern before joining?
Yes. Your first visit is a complimentary meet and greet. Book one here or call.
