Enroll and book your first visit
If it is a good fit, you enroll, we request your records, and you schedule your first patient visit.
Meet first, decide later. The meet and greet is complimentary, and joining is your decision to make afterward.
What to bring to the meet and greet
Nothing. The meet and greet is simply a chance to see the office, meet Dr. Shtern, and decide whether the practice feels like the right fit. There is no paperwork and nothing to prepare. If you have questions, bring them along, and bring a family member if you like.
Who the practice is a good fit for
Adults who want one physician to know their whole history, people managing blood pressure, kidney disease, diabetes or several specialists, seasonal residents who want continuity, and families arranging care for a parent. Dr. Shtern is an internist: a physician trained in the care of adults.

Is the meet and greet really free?
Yes. The meet and greet is complimentary.
What does membership cost?
The fee is not posted online. Call the office or ask at your meet and greet and we will go through it in full. Insurance is still billed for visits and tests.
How many members does the practice take?
The panel is limited, which is what keeps same-day visits possible. Ask the office whether new members are being accepted right now.
