- A legacy membership is required to participate in the practice.

- The membership is a yearly plan and an annual renewal fee is required to maintain membership in the Practice.

Legacy Services

To continue to provide a Legacy level of care, we offer a limited number of memberships. If you are interested in learning more information about our practice, please contact us to arrange a complimentary tour of our center and meet our team.

- Our practice provides Immediate telephone access to your physician 24 hours, 7 days a week
- There are no mid-level providers at our practice
- There is minimal wait time in the office to see your physician because the practice is limited to a few hundred members.
- Annual Legacy level physical exam
- We offer timely prescription refills
- In-office phlebotomy services for laboratory testing
- Electrocardiograms
- Respiratory infection testing for influenza A/B, COVID 19, RSV, and Streptococcus.
- Small group or virtual education lectures discussing popular medical topics

What Is Not Included With Your Legacy Membership

The flat yearly membership fee for basic concierge membership is an out- of-pocket expense and is not covered by medical insurance plans.

Concierge care is not an insurance alternative – you still need coverage for specialist care, imaging studies, emergency department visits, urgent care center, hospital services, laboratory studies, radiology studies, vaccinations, physical therapy, and prescriptions. These are not included with the yearly membership fee.

Office visits, diagnostic tests, co-payments, and deductibles are not included with the basic membership fee (however please ask us about different memberships available)
